Slow Seduction - Summer Drop In Class

Let’s slow things down this week and learn how to seductively tease with a robe. Robes are available for use during class, or you can bring your own. 

All classes include a warmup sequence, highlight of dance and burlesque techniques, and a movement combo using the techniques covered in class. Classes close with a cool down sequence and stretching.
