Come move your body in sensual ways! We’ll cover hip bumps + circles, shoulder/chest shimmies, and hip shimmies

All classes include a warmup sequence, highlight of dance and burlesque techniques, and a movement combo using the techniques covered in class. Classes close with a cool down sequence and stretching.
