Power of the Pose - Summer Drop In Class

Get an overview of classic burlesque posing, postures, and struts, and learn a movement combo where we lean heavily on power poses to command your audience.

All classes include a warmup sequence, highlight of dance and burlesque techniques, and a movement combo using the techniques covered in class. Classes close with a cool down sequence and stretching.
