Fierce Floorwork - Summer Drop In Class

Ending the summer series with a bang - let’s play on the floor and put our legs in the air! Knee pads highly recommended (limited number available for use during class)

All classes include a warmup sequence, highlight of dance and burlesque techniques, and a movement combo using the techniques covered in class. Classes close with a cool down sequence and stretching.
